Some of the more frequently asked questions


Q. How do I pay?
A. I accept cash, cheques or payments via Paypal electronic invoicing. As I am a small business I unfortunately cannot accept credit cards directly at this stage. Please make your cheque payable to 'Sarah Anderson'.

Q. How long does it take to send my order?
A. As everything is handmade to order, it will take approximately 3 weeks to produce, hallmark and send out. If you need an order sent quicker please just email me direct on info@foutery.com and I'll do my best to have it to you when you need it!
 
Q. Do you do gift wrapping?
A.  Yes - all items will be packaged in a specialist box complete with ribbon. And best of all - it's free!

Q. How much does it cost to post?
A. A standard rate of £3.50 for all UK orders. Overseas postage available on request.
